Integrated Plant Care Joins the RTEC Treecare Family

We’re excited to announce that Integrated Plant Care, a respected Montgomery County, Maryland plant health care company, has officially joined the RTEC Treecare family.

This acquisition will give us the chance to expand our preservation-focused, science-based approach to tree and plant health care throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC, while continuing to provide the exceptional service that Integrated Plant Care clients have come to expect.

We’ll explain more about the acquisition and what it means for Integrated Plant Care’s existing clients below. However, if you have any specific questions, the RTEC Treecare team is never more than a click or a call away!

A New Chapter for Integrated Plant Care and RTEC Treecare

For decades, both RTEC Treecare and Integrated Plant Care have been dedicated to helping clients protect the health and beauty of their trees and landscapes by implementing an ethical, eco-friendly, and science-driven approach.

By bringing our two companies together, we’ve strengthened our ability to serve homeowners, commercial properties, and municipalities throughout the DC Metro area while continuing to embody the values that have defined both organizations.

But while this partnership is certainly about growth, it’s also about continuity.

Integrated Plant Care has built an outstanding reputation in Montgomery County by delivering thoughtful, professional plant health care services, and we’re committed to honoring that legacy as we move forward together.

Integrated Plant Care and RTEC: A Natural Fit

RTEC Treecare has always been guided by the belief that tree care should focus on preservation first. Given the time and resources required to establish and maintain a mature shade tree, removal should always be the last option.

That philosophy aligns perfectly with Integrated Plant Care’s longstanding commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable landscape management.

Together, our organizations are dedicated to:

  • Employing a science-based approach to tree and plant health care
  • Emphasizing long-term tree preservation strategies whenever possible
  • Using only ethical and environmentally responsible practices
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication
  • Investing in the health and longevity of regional landscapes

Because our values and approaches are so closely aligned, this transition has been a natural fit from day one.

Integrated Plant Care’s Existing Clients: What to Expect

Since the beginning of the acquisition process, we’ve been focused on providing a seamless experience for existing Integrated Plant Care clients. That means you can expect the same commitment to quality care and personalized service that you’ve always received.

Under RTEC Treecare’s leadership, clients will benefit from additional resources and expertise, as well as the support of a larger team of tree and plant health care professionals.

As RTEC Founder Andy Ross explains:

“Integrated Plant Care has spent years earning the trust of homeowners and municipalities across Montgomery County. We’re not changing that relationship at all. In fact, we hope to strengthen it by providing more resources and expertise, delivered by the same professionals they already know.”

Continuing Our Commitment to Tree Preservation Throughout the Region

This acquisition is another exciting step in RTEC Treecare’s continued growth throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC.

Since 1996, we’ve remained committed to helping clients preserve and protect their trees through advanced diagnostics, sustainable management practices, and science-based arboricultural care. By partnering with organizations that share our values, we’re able to expand our impact while maintaining the high standards our clients deserve.

We’re proud to welcome Integrated Plant Care’s clients and team members into the RTEC Treecare family and look forward to serving communities throughout the region for many years to come.
