We are looking for Full Time Administrative Assistants for our tree service business. We are a highly technical business that utilizes
Quickbooks and technology on a daily basis.
The position’s tasks includes:
- Answering multi-line phones
- Scheduling consultation for outside sales rep
- Entering proposals/ invoices/ work order
- Assisting Office manager with day to day tasks
- Filing & Keeping office orderly
Requirements:
- Must have good phone manners and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, outlook)
- Good typing skills
- Highly Detailed & Accurate
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- Reliable & Dependable
