• Supervise and manage crews.
• Ensure safety and health regulations are met
• Review scope of work and safety issues with the Arborist Representative prior to beginning each work assignment.
• Assist with meeting Financial Goals
• Assist with training and developing Production employees.
• Planning and organizing schedules.
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
