Administrative Assistant

We are looking for  Full Time Administrative Assistants for our tree service business. We are a highly technical business that utilizes
Quickbooks and technology on a daily basis.

The position’s tasks includes:

  • Answering multi-line phones
  • Scheduling consultation for outside sales rep
  • Entering proposals/ invoices/ work order
  • Assisting Office manager with day to day tasks
  • Filing & Keeping office orderly

Requirements:

  • Must have good phone manners and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, outlook)
  • Good typing skills
  • Highly Detailed & Accurate
  • Quickbooks experience a plus
  • Reliable & Dependable
