An Emergency Tree Removal Story From One Of Our Customers:
“We had a tree fall on our house (through one wall + substantial damage to the roof, including 6 large holes) on late afternoon July 3rd. I called RTEC because they had done a great job pruning our trees in the past. The receptionist tracked down a manager and he was at our house within 30 minutes of the call.
He assessed the situation in a thunderstorm and arranged to have a crew out at first light. It was a very treacherous situation, our house is on a steep hill and it was a very large tree that pierced one wall and was dangling from the roof in front of several windows. To make it trickier the limbs were intertwined with the roof trusses. They worked non-stop for 6.5 hours on July 4th to surgically extract the tree without doing any further damage to the house or to the plants or HVAC units below.
They returned after the weekend to clean up the debris and remove 6 other trees that fell. They also coordinated with the insurance company, which was a big relief given all the other things we had to worry about. Absolutely fantastic customer service, very professional pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend!!”
